Honest edits. Light, colour and straightness only. Nothing in the home is added, removed or redrawn.

How fast is it?

Photos come back within 24 hours of receiving your files. Brochure and website usually follow within 48 hours.

Do you change what is in the photos?

No. Light, colour and straightness only. Nothing in the home is added, removed or redrawn, so the photos stay accurate for MLS and for buyers.

Which files should I send?

The largest originals you have, straight from your photographer or camera. MLS downloads work, but originals give the best result.

How do I send them?

Right after you pay, the next screen tells you how. You email the originals with your listing address in the subject, or share a folder link.

Is HST included?

No. Prices are in CAD plus 13% Ontario HST, shown on this page and added at checkout. You get an emailed receipt you can hand to your brokerage.

What if I want a full shoot later?

Everything you paid is credited toward a full Elevated shoot (photography, cinematic film and 360° tour) booked within 30 days.
