What is Remote Elevate?
Remote Elevate is Elevated Real Estate's listing upgrade for agents whose listing is already live. From your existing photos and listing details we refresh the photos, design a brochure and build an SEO and AI-search optimized listing website, with no property visit.
How much does it cost?
Photo refresh is $99 for up to 25 photos. Add a brochure for $49 and a listing website for $149, or get all three as the Remote Elevate bundle for $249. Prices in CAD plus HST.
Do you change what is in the photos?
No. We improve light, colour and straightness only. Nothing in the home is added, removed or redrawn, so the photos stay accurate for MLS and for buyers.
How fast is it?
Photos come back within 24 hours of receiving your files. Brochure and website usually follow within 48 hours.
What if I want a full shoot later?
Everything you paid is credited toward a full Elevated shoot (photography, cinematic film and 360° tour) booked within 30 days.
Will the listing website show up on Google and in AI answers?
Each page is built for search: address-first titles, structured listing data, a question-and-answer section, a sitemap entry and instant indexing requests, so it can appear when buyers search the address or ask an AI assistant about homes in the area.
