How much does a 360° virtual tour cost?

A done-for-you Tour Studio tour is $149 per listing, plus HST. That includes building and publishing it, a branded link, and an unbranded link for the MLS virtual tour field.

Is the tour MLS compliant?

Every tour has an unbranded link with no agent name, logo, phone or email, made for the MLS virtual tour field, plus a branded link for your own marketing.

What camera do you use?

An Insta360 X-series 360° camera, with a spot every 2 to 3 metres plus every doorway so moving through the home feels like walking.

Is it a Matterport tour?

No. Tour Studio is a photographic 360° walkthrough: you click circles on the floor to move room to room. It does not include a Matterport dollhouse or a measured floor plan.

Can I use my own 360° photos?

Yes. Send your Insta360 photos and we build and publish the tour. A do-it-yourself version for agents is in early access.

How fast is a tour ready?

Usually the same or next business day after the shoot or after your photos arrive.
